The Futaba S-CD500 KS Knuckle Servo - 2.4kg 0.13s, part number FUT05102760-3, is a direct-mount RC steering servo for a drift steering system. It mounts directly to a front wheel knuckle rather than using a conventional chassis-mounted servo with pushrods and linkages. This creates a direct drive arrangement with no steering system slack or tie rods, while also freeing space at the centre of the chassis for weight distribution adjustments.
The S-CD500 KS is designed to be used as one of a pair of knuckle servos.
