The title suggests this is the 3665Sd but then says its Sensorless. I thought the sd meant it was sensored. Is this motor sensored or not please?

That is sensored i have changed that now.

Hi can this motor run in a 1/10 buggy and a hobbywing quicrun 10bl120amp esc and do you sell 1/10 pinions to fit this motor thanks

It depends on the buggy but you will need a pinion gear with the right pitch and a 5mm shaft.
