The HPI RS4 Sport 3 – Creator Edition (HPI-118000) is a pre-built, chassis-only version of HPI’s proven on-road platform. Its unique one-piece composite chassis, sealed shaft 4WD drivetrain and race-inspired suspension make it a versatile base for street, drift or club racing builds. Simply add your chosen 1/10 touring car body, wheels/tyres and electronics to create your own on-road legend.

Built for quick assembly and reliable performance, the fully contained drivetrain keeps gears and belts protected from debris, while the double wishbone suspension with coil-over shock absorbers provides tunable handling for a wide range of on-road conditions.

Sounds like you should be good to go. They include spur gear but do require a pinion

What is the ground clearance on this, is it possible to raise it with stock shocks, and if not so are there any other shocks I can use

It's not stated - but it's an on-road car so sits pretty low - I'd say < 10mm

I guess you could look to modify with longer shocks, but you run the risk of things like the driveshafts catching at lower droop levels.

I'd stick to an off-road car if that's something you require for off-road use?
