Hi is the internal diameter to fit over 8mm shaft? So basically i want to fit these on the MT8 and extend the wheelbase by either 10MM or 12mm per hub

They are 8mm offset designed to fit on the hobao hubs on that particular vehicle, these are 12mm offset versions H86108
