J Concepts CAT PB Fin Titanium turnbuckle set, 7pc. - Blue

JConcepts is Titanium with the introduction of the 3.5mm Fin turnbuckle sets designed specifically for style, durability, and performance. The base of the design is centered around a .143” (3.7mm) titanium hex size which gradually tapers down into a 3.5mm thread base design which accepts the Schumacher ball-cup after modification. The focus of the styling surrounds the lengthened adjustment hex area and the “finned” cuts that rotate about the center. The Fin turnbuckles are lightweight, and the original design brings out the glamour and quality that makes titanium one of the most sought-after exotic materials in the world. The JConcepts turnbuckles are produced with left- and right-hand threads with the left being conveniently marked for easy orientation.

Often sampled by the rest of the industry, the JConcepts item is the original, featuring the revolved cuts and delicate machine work. JConcepts turnbuckle adjustment wrench is offered separately as part # 2234. The burnt blue turnbuckles have intentional sporadic coloring ranging all around the blue spectrum.

Note: it is necessary to drill the Schumacher ball-cups to at least 3.2mm to properly thread on the latest heavy-duty JConcepts turnbuckles. A light amount of #8119 RM2 heavy-metal grease can be used on the metal threads to assist threading on the ball-cups after modifications.
