Description

To mark the 60th anniversary of the German Railroad Association (DEV) in Bruchhausen-Vilsen, LGB presents the Museum Car 2026. This G scale boxcar (HC-L41026) carries special commemorative printing and reflects the prototype in service at the DEV, showcasing the distinctive side-wall artwork created for the celebration.

The model features opening side sliding doors, an open brakeman's seat on one end, and robust metal wheelsets. A matching brakeman figure named "Guido" is offered by the DEV to complement the brakeman's seat on the prototype.

The German Railroad Association (DEV) in Bruchhausen-Vilsen is 60 years old in 2026 and LGB congratulates this anniversary with the Museum car. As a Museum car a boxcar has been selected with a special imprinting for the 60th anniversary. This car is in use on the DEV with this beautifully designed side wall. There is an open brakeman's seat on one end of the car. A figure of the brakeman Guido is sold by the DEV to go with this brakeman's seat. The side sliding doors can be opened and there are metal wheelsets.
