Logic RC Transmitter Case 345x235x120mm

It's definitely harder than the case my TX16S Mk3 came in.
It happily accomodates the TX16s, with the 4-in-1 module in the bay, and the antenna attached, with only minor modification to the foam. Loads of room spare, too. I'm thinking spare batteries, JR-Bay modules, I can probably think of other 'sensible' things to cram in there too given enough time.

Fitment to the parts is a little questionable in places - the edge buffers don't quite meet the side panels on myne, but the aluminium is soft enough to press it in with a fingernail and run it down to crimp 'em together nice n tight. For the cost it's decent enough compromise.

Foam is a little soft for my tastes - I can accept this is a 'me' problem, I'll be getting some LD33 cut to fit. Also adding in a strap to tie the transmitter down completely.

The lock strikes me as mostly theater, I wager you throw it corner first at the floor it'll pop, but the lock surived me with a lockpick for 30s. If I had some skill in this area that might be meaningful, and I don't. Fiver's worth of rolson padlock opened in less than 12 seconds if that's useful to compare. I think most people will be getting this to prevent damage more than theft anyway.

Doubt highly it's "throw in a lake" waterproof, but expect it will survive exposure to rain for at least a short while.

Would I buy another one? Actually, no. But only because I can now see something very similar, at a similar price point, stocked in black. 7 days earlier I'd been getting that one. This'll get some spraypaint.

My largest gripe is the complete lack of thought for MOLLE attachment, but I don't see anything else on the market that has considered this so it's not unique there. I can get cunning with side buckles tho...
