I'm afraid Maverick do not quote a turn rating or RPM limit on this motor.
soemthing like this would work for you HW81030010 but you would then need a transmitter and receiver to be fitted too, as the bruched ESC in the car from standard is a 2 in 1 unit.
Yes this will work for you.
They are both 370s so yes in theory that will fit. Not sure connector is the same however
Pretty much any brushed motors that size would be 2S max - you'd need to go brushless
FTX6933 or HPI-105506 should work (but will need the connector changing over)
Maverick don't quote a turn rating on this I'm afraid.
