The O.S. #8 glow plug is the most widely used O.S. glow plug for O.S. engines. Recommended for most current O.S. (and other brands of) 2-stroke R/C engines. Note that O.S. engine plugs areSHORTbody plugs and should only be used in engines that require a short body plug. O.S. plugs should not be used in Novarossi, RB Concept and most other motors manufactured in Europe.

Yes that should work fine so long as your engine uses standard (non turbo) plugs.

I bought a os max 50 engine from a friend , but there was no glow plug. The nearest picture to resemble my engine is a os max fsr , made Japan. They recommended a os number 8. Would this sound about right to you, or what do you think?

If your engine uses a normal "non turbo" glow plug, then yes this would fit.

If yours is a turbo head, then we'd reccomend the HPI Turbo plug HPI-1508
