Description
Precision Aerobatics Quantum Evo 35 Pro HV-SBEC, part number AC-2188EVO, is a programmable electronic speed controller for radio-controlled models. This 35A ESC is supplied preconfigured for plug-and-play use with Thrust brushless motors and includes a selectable high-voltage switching BEC. The BEC output can be set to 6V, 7.4V or 8.0V, allowing the power supply to be adjusted for the installation.
The microprocessor-controlled unit provides adjustable settings for different applications. These include battery type, low-voltage cutoff, switching frequency, timing, motor rotation, brake operation and acceleration start-up. A governor mode is also available for helicopter applications. The user interface is designed for programming the ESC, while the factory default setting can be restored when required.
Features
The ESC is designed to support high-RPM brushless motors and includes a heat sink to assist with heat dissipation. Its control functions include smooth throttle response, adjustable low-voltage cutoff behaviour and selectable motor rotation. Brake operation can be enabled for applications such as folding-propeller installations.

Safety functions include power arming protection to help prevent accidental motor start-up and audible alert tones for abnormal conditions.
