Developed with input from Reedy's international racing team, the Reedy Sonic 540 M4 Brushless Motor 7.5T Modified DE Version (AS27490) is technically identical to the standard 540-M4 but fitted with the popular AS27447 rotor. This lowest-strength rotor option is reported to enhance throttle feel and consistency, supporting improved overall race times.

All Sonic 540-M4 motors are competition legal and approved by ROAR, EFRA, BRCA and IFMAR. Initial Driver Edition releases cover four of the most popular "dirt" winds, with the potential for more to follow.

The 540-M4 Driver Edition is technically identical to the standard 540-M4, but is instead equipped with the popular AS27447 rotor. Four versions featuring the most popular "dirt" winds will be available initially, with the potential for more to follow.
