Savage 3 Speed HD Gear Set (Second Gear 21/41T)

The HPI Savage 3 Speed HD Gear Set (Second Gear 21/41T), part HPI-160755, is a precision-machined, high-carbon steel 2nd-gear pairing built for durability and efficiency. Ideal as an HD upgrade for Savage XL owners running high-output engines in extreme conditions, it delivers consistent meshing, high efficiency and long service life.

Engineered for practicality, the 41T gear enables external access to the 2nd-gear clutch by relocating the clutch position to the opposite side of the gear. To suit this revised layout, the set includes a new layshaft with the correct pin positions.
