The Savox 1267SG High Voltage standard size digital servo (SAV-SC1267SG) is designed to run directly from a 2S LiPo, removing the need for a regulator. An updated motor and controller deliver fast response and improved efficiency, while an aluminium case and strong steel gear train provide dependable performance.

Yes all savox standard size servos are 25t spline.

Does this require a voltage regulator if i were to power it with a 11.1 3S lipo?

It depends on your exact setup as your ESC may provide a lower voltage to the servos. 

However yes, the max voltage these will support is 2S - so 7.4v
