Koswork 2x550 Starter Box for Buggy On-Road GT KOS05201

The Koswork Starter Box Buggy-On Road-GT (2x550), part number KOS05201, is a starter box for turning over nitro model car engines. It has two 550 motors installed and offers suggested compatibility with most nitro on-road and off-road cars, including 1/8 truggy models.

The vehicle supports can be adjusted through three positions to suit different engine locations. Adjustable chassis holding posts are supplied in both long aluminium and short nylon versions, allowing the starter box to be configured for the vehicle being used. The unit is supplied 95% assembled and includes a handle, making it suitable for straightforward setup and handling.

Several power sources can be used, including two 7.2V NiMH batteries, two 2S LiPo batteries, a 12V car battery or a 4S LiPo battery. Batteries are not included. Using a 12V car battery or 4S LiPo requires the appropriate connectors, while T-plug connectors are included for the starter box. Zip ties and tape are also provided to hold batteries in position during use.

The Koswork starter box has an outside size of 345 × 120 × 100 mm and is made in Taiwan. Replacement and related components include the KOS05201-1 550 motor with 16T pulley, KOS05201-4 52T spur pulley set, KOS05201-5 rubber wheel, KOS05201-6 8 × 22 mm bearings, KOS05201-7 belt and KOS05201-14 switch. Cars, batteries, parts and other accessories are not included.
