The Tamiya 1/48 Heavy Tractor SS-100 (HC-32593) reproduces the German military workhorse known for towing up to 20 tons with its reliable 6-cylinder, water-cooled engine. Used by the Army, Luftwaffe and Navy, the SS-100 handled field guns, aircraft, fuel and water tanks, V2 rockets and disabled vehicles. This plastic model assembly kit captures the tractor’s bulky form and service detail in compact 1/48 scale.
The kit measures 114mm in length and 53mm in width, and combines precise slide-moulded cab parts with a detailed chassis and interior. An authentic driver figure and four marking options add display versatility, while included tow bar parts provide additional diorama potential.
