Tamiya PS-50 Anodised Sparkling Pink (HC-86050) is a 100ml (3oz) polycarbonate spray developed for transparent Lexan R/C car bodies, delivering a bright, anodised-style sparkling finish. Formulated to be impervious to oil and fuels, it is suitable for use on gas-powered models and engineered for long-lasting colour on the track.

Application Tips

This is a 3oz can of sparkling pink anodized aluminum polycarbonate spray paint from Tamiya. The Metallic range has proven extremely popular, and thanks to special research, these new colors shine more than ever before. PS-50 Metal Red give a finish that looks just like red anodized aluminum.

NOTE: After spraying top side of R/C body, spray underside with PS-5 Black for even brighter finish.

These spray paints were developed especially for decorating transparent polycarbonate (Lexan) bodies used in R/C car modeling. Each can contains 100ml of paint, which is the appropriate amount for finishing a model. Small detail work should be brush painted beforehand using Tamiya bottle paints for polycarbonate. Paint the body from the inside, keeping the can about 30cm from the surface. After curing, apply another coat. These paints are impervious to oil and fuels, so they can be safely used on gas-powered R/C bodies. Never use these paints on plastic models.
