Tamiya TS-48 Gunship Grey (HC-85048) is a synthetic lacquer spray paint designed for fast, even coverage on plastic model surfaces. Supplied in a 100ml aerosol, it cures quickly to help achieve a smooth, consistent base coat on scale builds and model car bodies.

Each can contains enough paint to fully cover two or three 1/24 scale car bodies (as indicated by Tamiya). After laying down an overall base coat, finer details can be added using acrylic or enamel paints, which will not affect the TS lacquer layer.

Each can contains 100ml of paint, which is enough to fully cover two or three 1/24 scale sized car bodies. Tamiya spray paints are not affected by acrylic or enamel paints; therefore, following an overall base coat, details can be added or picked out using enamel and/or acrylic paints. By combining the use of these three types of paints, the finishing of plastic models becomes simpler and more effective.
