The Team Associated RC8T4.2 Team Kit 1:8 Nitro Truggy (AS80957) advances the proven RC8 platform for the rigours of top-level 1:8 off-road racing. Developed by Associated Electrics’ Area 51 team, this competition-focused nitro kit is engineered for durability, tuneability and consistent handling, with thoughtful updates across the drivetrain, suspension and chassis.

Height-adjustable gearboxes and revised shock towers expand body mount options, while new moulded suspension arms and a 16° KPI steering block refine geometry and bump steer. A high-volume centre differential, updated brake package and multiple internal differential gear sets support precise traction tuning. Factory Team hardware, including hard-anodised shock bushings, FT hexes and grooved pins, underscores the race pedigree. A -4 mm nitro-specific chassis with improved bracing and a high-downforce wing round out this capable 4WD truggy platform.
