Renowned for its standout performance on debut in 1987, the Optima Mid’s belt-driven 4WD and midship motor layout set the template for modern racing buggies. This recreation brings that heritage back with 48‑pitch gearing for efficiency and fine ratio tuning, an easily adjustable belt tensioner, and strengthened key components for today’s power systems.

• Battery holder is compatible with various battery types. Includes hook-and-loop fastener with KYOSHO logo.
• New wheels recreate the original Optima Mid design and include the same tyres as the Turbo Optima for excellent grip.
• Reinforced nylon rear wing shared with the Javelin, balances flexibility and strength. Three mounting angles provide setting options.
