XRay XR355006 46T Differential Set for 13T Pinion

The XRay Differential 46T – Matched for 13T Pinion Gear – Set (XR355006) is a complete front/rear differential assembly engineered for smooth, efficient power delivery. Featuring larger diff gears for increased traction, the precisely matched 46T/13T engagement reduces resistance and promotes a significantly longer service life.

Rubber-sealed composite differential housings incorporate steel inserts that are manually precision ground after moulding to ensure a perfect fit with no vibration. Internally, the pressed steel gears are heat treated and machined for ultra-high precision and exceptionally smooth operation. The 46T large external bevel gear is manufactured from HUDY Steel and precision machined on a dedicated gear machine for accuracy. Diff outdrives are produced from world-renowned HUDY Spring Steel, then precision ground and heat treated for durability; they are also specially lightened to cut rotating mass while maintaining strength.
