XRay NT1 2023

The XRay NT1 2023 (XR330017) delivers a comprehensive set of updates aimed at increasing stability, traction and reliability. The 2023 platform focuses on refined suspension geometry, flexible yet supportive chassis characteristics, and a cleaner, lower-centred electronics layout.

Key changes include narrowed suspension pivot points, reworked aluminium bulkheads and holders, and a simplified 2-speed assembly. Enhanced brake and clutch hardware, plus thoughtful radio tray and fuel line management, contribute to consistent performance and easier setup at the track.

• All-new chassis with narrowed front suspension pivots for increased stability and traction
• Hard composite suspension arms with improved central chassis flex keep geometry stable while flex is transferred through the chassis and radio plate to maintain traction
• Narrower front and rear suspension holders for improved traction and stability
• Lower down-stop mounting holders without eccentric geometry make down-stops easier to set
• All-new front aluminium bulkheads accommodate a new upper arm holder with adjustable flex
• Redesigned front upper arm holder with new roll centre positions across nine settings
• Ultra-compact, super lightweight receiver box lowers and centralises mass
• Radio plate with new servo holders moves the throttle servo rearwards, the steering servo forwards, and the receiver box to a more central location
• Servo saver stand with key-lock design
• Fuel tube holders mounted directly on the radio tray for a clean installation
• Simplified aluminium 2-speed shaft holders remove unnecessary braces to increase chassis flex, with wider positioning for improved 2-speed shaft support
• Pulley collar optimised for the fixed pulley position on the 2-speed shaft
• New rear aluminium bulkheads with a 2mm front/rear wheelbase adjustment: forward for more traction, rearward for more stability
• Longer rear suspension pins for a wider range of wheelbase adjustment
• Redesigned rear suspension holders and milled chassis pockets lower the minimum pin position to generate more traction when needed
• Anti-roll bar bearing bushings front and rear to suit different anti-roll bar thicknesses
• Redesigned rear anti-roll bar wire to match the narrower suspension and eliminate collisions
• Redesigned front anti-roll bar collar to eliminate collisions
• 2-speed shaft adapter for the rear belt pulley uses longer brake disc pins for increased reliability
• Included ultra-stable clutch spring for more reliable clutch setting
• New guide pins provide smooth movement of the brake pads
• Longer front lower pivot balls maintain width adjustment with the narrowed front pivot
• Simplified graphite rear roll-centre bridge with more clearance above the rear belt and optimised roll-centre positions
• Wider front lower bumper included for improved lower aerodynamics and better body protection
