The XRAY XB2 Aluminium Chassis With Bent Sides – Swiss 7075 T6 (2.5mm) – Long (XR321108) is a CNC‑machined upgrade designed to optimise flex characteristics and lower the centre of gravity. Precision milling delivers the rigidity needed for consistent performance while reducing the risk of bending, and the bent‑side profile helps tune stiffness across the chassis.

Manufactured from custom‑produced 2.5mm Swiss 7075‑T6 aluminium and black coated on XRAY’s in‑house robotic line, this long chassis integrates weight distribution, width and length to achieve balanced handling. New servo mounting positions are provided to achieve the best ackerman position. The long version is 3mm longer than the medium chassis and is suited to lower‑grip surfaces, where moving the rear hub further forward can increase driveshaft angle for improved traction.
