XRay XB222 Aluminium Chassis With Bent Sides - Swiss 7075 T6 - 2.5mm

The XRAY XR321112 aluminium chassis for the XB222 is CNC‑machined from custom‑produced 2.5mm Swiss 7075‑T6. Its special bent‑side design fine‑tunes flex across the plate to help lower the centre of gravity while maintaining strength and precision handling.

Precision milling gives the chassis the stiffness it needs without risking unwanted bending. Increased flex at the front end boosts reactivity and also creates additional space for electronics. Two sets of mounting holes accept an optional chassis weight or an electronics plate, simplifying maintenance and enabling quick weight‑balance adjustments. A shortened rear section allows the suspension holder to mount directly to the gearbox, independent of the chassis plate. The lightweight plate is finished with XRAY’s in‑house black coating from a fully robotic line for a durable, premium look.
