The Volantex Phoenix S 1600mm ABS Glider – ARTF (part no. V742-07) blends durability, easy transport and smooth flight performance in a practical 1.6m platform. Popular with some club competitions, it offers a balanced mix of stability for soaring and enough power for sport flying.
A sleek, blow‑moulded ABS fuselage shrugs off knocks, while the EPO stabiliser and elevator are carbon‑reinforced for extra rigidity in the air. The Volantex fast‑connect wing clip system means assembly or break‑down takes just minutes, making it ideal for flying sessions on the go.
Delivered ARTF with electronics pre‑installed, the Phoenix S includes a 2212/1400KV brushless motor, 30A ESC and four 9g servos. Add your 2.4GHz 4‑channel radio gear, a 2S 7.4V 1500mAh LiPo and a suitable charger to complete. Ailerons are fitted; flaps are not.

The sleek, blow-moulded fuselage is rugged to handle a fair bit of punishment and the foam EPO stabilizer and elevator are reinforced with carbon to futher add strength and rigidity in flight.
Electronics, 30A brushless ESC, 9 gram servos and 2212-1400kv brush less motor are all pre-installed, just requiring you to add your choice of battery and TX/RX.

The spec advises a 7.4v 1500mah battery.
This model uses an XT60 connector.
Yes this battery RDNB14002S30XT60
and this tx/rx FS-I4X-A6M2
and any lipo charger that will do 7.4v like this ET0223
It would have slightly less flight time than the usual 1500mah, but yes as long as the connector is the same.
This has an XT60 connector.
The spec states up to 1500mah 2s lipo - it comes with an XT60 connector so I would look at something like this: RDNB14002S30XT60
Yes it will work with pretty much any flight transmitter and receiver.
Yes this will have motor ESC and servos pre fitted, I have changed the listing to show this.
