Sideways drift meets straight-line speed with the FTX Stinger Brushless (FTX5492). Supplied with both hard drift boots and sticky treaded rubber tyres, you can switch your setup on the fly for car park drifting or high-grip street running. A wide, aero-inspired moulded chassis with a smooth, screwless base and rear diffuser helps keep the Stinger planted at speed.
The shaft-driven 4WD drivetrain uses sealed front and rear differentials with metal gears for durability, supported by front CVD universal driveshafts and full ball bearings. Electronics are neatly housed in a modular radio tray, featuring an Etronix 15kg metal-geared waterproof steering servo, Hobbywing 60A brushless ESC and Etronix 3652 3300KV brushless motor, powered by a Voltz 2S 30C 2500mAh LiPo. A quick-release battery holder speeds up pit stops.
Handling comes via adjustable double wishbone suspension, oil-filled shocks and front/rear anti-roll bars (assembly required), letting you fine-tune for grip or drift. Choose treaded street tyres (25mm front, 30mm rear) for stability at high speed, or fit the hard plastic drift boots on 6‑spoke wheels for controllable slides. The muscular body shell includes moulded details, light buckets and a multifunction LED light set. A gyro stability control option and LED light box control add further tuning potential.

With a wide aero inspired wide moulded main chassis featuring no screw head, this smooth finish, coupled with a rear diffuser provides stability at speed. Shaft driven with sealed, geared front and rear differentials feature metal gears throughout for maximum durability. The modular radio tray neatly houses a 15kg Etronix metal geared steering servo and Hobbywing brushless 60A esc and 3300KV motor, powered by a Voltz 2S 2500mAH Lipo battery.
Oil filled shock absorbers, anti-roll bars and adjustable double wishbone suspension lets you tweak to suit your settings and tyre choice; either treaded rubber tyres for street racing, featuring 25mm wide front and 30mm wide rear for better stability at high speed or hard plastic boots on 6-spoke wheels for sideways drift driving.
The Stinger is topped off with a moody muscle car body that features moulded front grill and light buckets front and rear housing a multifunction LED light set.

I love this car. So easy to drive on 2s. A proper handful on 3s. Such good fun on a big empty car park. One piece of advice. Invest in some good tyres as this thing eats them like nobodies busines !! Tyres aside, I would recommend this to anyone. You should drive this at least once and you will be hooked !!

this will do 2s and 3s, but you will need to keep an eye on the motor temp on 3s, speed wise you will do approx 40mph on 2s and 60mph on 3s
