I am looking for an adapter to change my 5mm hex shafts on my WPL trucks to the standard Tamiya 12 mm, will these work ?

Afraid I'm not familiar with that brand of truck - but if they have 5mm axles, then yes - these will fit over that axle.

Are these for converting 4wd hex fit wheels, so they fit the front of a Tamiya 2wd car.

Will the fastrax 12mm hex adaptors fit a tamiya fighter buggy rx front stub axles, so I can use standard 1/10th 2WD buggy wheels?

They should do as long as your axles are 5mm
