The FTX Utah 1:18 Brushless Competition Low Profile RTR Crawler brings an LCG concept to the micro class, inspired by modern 1/10 competition rigs. An angled, forward-biased motor sits in an aluminium chassis frame to deliver a super low centre of gravity, while the electronic layout is designed for optimal weight bias. Part number FTX5487.

Steering precision comes from a servo-on-axle setup, and portal axles front and rear maximise ground clearance over uneven terrain. Big bore, oil-filled shocks with aluminium caps offer multiple mounting options to tune for indoor or outdoor courses. A wider track and super-sticky, oversized block tyres provide surefooted control.

A revised, centred driveline handles the Furitek brushless system for smooth torque delivery. At the push of a button, the servo-shift 2-speed transmission lets you switch from slow, technical crawling to faster rock racing. FTX UTAH 1:18 BRUSHLESS COMPETITION LOW PROFILE RTR CRAWLER

The latest addition to FTX’s 1/18th range of rock crawlers is the UTAH, an LCG concept chassis, inspired by the latest 1/10th competition rigs and capable of taking on almost all terrain both indoor and out. The aluminium chassis frame mounts an angled forward biased motor for a super low centre of gravity (LCG).

A servo-on-axle (SOA) design provides sharper more precise steering, while portal axles front and rear help provide maximum clearance over uneven terrain.

Oil filled, adjustable big bore shock absorbers with aluminum caps can be mounted from a wide selection of revised mounting points to suit your terrain. An increased track width, paired with super sticky, oversized block tyres help produce surefooted drivability.

The revised drivetrain, with centred driveshaft handles the Furitek Venom brushless system providing super smooth torque and power, which along with the servo shift, 2-speed transmission provides a jump in speed from rock crawling to rock racing at the push of a button.

Top off with a stealthy, low profile bodyshell, the UTAH is ready to become your go to crawler, anywhere and anytime!
