As a dedicated retract, or bang-bang, servo it travels only from one end to the other across 180°, and is not proportional. If you need a proportional servo in this size, Hitec recommends the HS-77BB.

End points are adjusted on your transmitter, not the servo, so it sounds like you need to revisit the EPA adjustments in your transmitter.
