To maximise capacity without increasing height, Nosram developed a new cell construction and invested in a completely new case, extending the pack by 4mm over its predecessor to achieve the full shorty length of 97mm. This purposeful redesign underlines Nosram’s commitment to performance and precision on today’s high-grip tracks.
Combining the latest technology with proven High Voltage architecture and robust 5mm gold connectors, this Graphene 4.1 shorty delivers a modern specification in a Hyper LCG format. It is EFRA legal and noted as not yet BRCA legal.

To release this battery Nosram have spared no expense or effort to increase the often race-deciding capacity in 1/10 Offroad 4wd Modified and TC Modified carpet racing, while retaining the Hyper LCG design of just 18.5mm height for the lowest possible centre of gravity.
So how did we do it?
To maximise capacity while maintaining the 18.5mm height, the only option was to develop a new cell construction and invest in a completely new case to extend the battery by 4mm over its predecessor to full shorty length of 97mm.
