The Overlander XP2 40A Brushless ESC – RTF Speed Controller (OL-2723) delivers reliable, easy setup performance for sensorless brushless power systems. Supplied ready to fly, it comes fitted with a Deans battery connector and 3.2 mm gold motor connectors for straightforward installation. Supporting 2–4S LiPo or 5–12 NiMH packs and a 3A/5V BEC, it suits a wide range of electric RC applications.

Will this work with the standard Wot 4 foam-e motor without program card?

Yes, it should work fine on the Wot 4. However to adjust additional settings you'd also benefit from the program card.
