The RC4WD Trail Finder 2 RTR LWB With Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale Body, part number Z-RTR0071, is a ready-to-run scale crawler with a long-wheelbase chassis and hard plastic Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale body. The model is supplied with a 2.4GHz three-channel radio system, 45-turn brushed crawler motor, Outcry III waterproof brushed ESC, metal-geared steering servo and a 6-cell 3000mAh NiMH battery pack.
The drivetrain uses an R3 single-speed transmission with a Delrin spur, slipper clutch and aluminium motor mount, joined to a centre-mounted Hammer transfer case. K44 cast axles with XVDs and metal universal-joint driveshafts complete the four-wheel-drive layout. The CNC-machined aluminium ladder frame includes scale shock hoops, a chassis-mounted steering servo and dedicated transmission and transfer-case mounts.
Suspension equipment includes 70mm and 80mm X-ring scale shocks with internal springs. The truck runs on chrome 8-lug deep-dish wagon wheels made from stamped steel, paired with RC4WD Dick Cepek Fun Country 1.9-inch scale tyres. A moulded fuel cell also provides storage for electronics and helps keep wiring concealed within the chassis.
Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale Body
The hard body includes a moulded engine bay with small-block V8 dress-up details, front inner fenders, an opening bonnet and tailgate, a drop bed, door handles, updated mirrors and a rear step bumper. Chrome details include the front grille, side steps, roll bar and front push bar. The dashboard and door panels feature pre-installed interior decals, while the concealed LED light set uses coloured lenses and old-school halogen-style headlights. The body is hand-painted, so minor variations may occur.

The most scale-accurate axles on the market, the K44 Ultimate Scale Cast Axles feature high steer knuckles, XVDs, lower mounting points, and a compact offset front pumpkin.
The driveshafts on the Trail Finder 2 feature heavy-duty uni-joint metal shafts for great driveline angles and durability on the trail.
Suspension
The Trail Finder 2 has a multi-purpose, molded fuel cell that serves as an electronics storage box and provides additional RC realism by storing away any protruding wires.
The Trail Finder 2 includes Scale 70mm and 80mm White Shocks with Internal Springs. These ultimate scale shock absorbers offer realistic looks and ultimate performance. They are machined from billet aluminium with internal springs and are customizable.
With strength in mind, the ladder frame design of the Trail Finder 2 is made with CNC machined, billet aluminium and comes with scale shock hoops, a chassis servo mount, and transmission and transfer case mounts.
The Scale Dept. Edition includes a set of rugged 8 Lug Deep Dish Wagon Wheels. These 1.9" Chrome-Plated wheels are formed with stamped steel and are finished off with Scale Wheel Hubs.

The Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale features exquisite scale details, including door handles, updated mirrors, new rear step bumper and the new front grille. It also has a complete molded plastic engine bay that comes painted with decals installed for an extremely scale appearance.
