The Seagull Super Chipmunk / Ghostwriter 2050mm (SEA397) captures the spirit of the famous airshow performer in a practical, fully aerobatic ARTF. Based on the modified Super Chipmunk, this 81in span model blends classic scale presence with dependable flying manners. Seagull’s detailing elevates the experience, with a sliding canopy, cockpit appointments and working navigation lights set off by a factory-painted glass fibre cowl and spats.
Power flexibility is at the heart of this airframe. It suits i.c. and electric setups, from 1.60 to 2.10 cu. in. 2-stroke or 26–35cc petrol through to a 10S electric power system using a 6354 200KV motor and 100A ESC with a 5000mAh pack. A large canopy-hatch gives excellent access for installation and maintenance, while the rugged, sprung undercarriage and tail wheel help take the sting out of grass field operations. Finished in high-quality Oracover film, it’s designed for intermediate to advanced pilots who enjoy a wide, confident aerobatic envelope.
