The Tamiya Cutting Mat (A3 Half/Blue) – part number HC-74144 – is designed for small modelling and craft tasks that require precision knife work, helping to protect your table from unwanted cuts and nicks. Measuring 145mm x 450mm x 2mm, it is made from semi-transparent blue-green resin with virtually zero odour. A durable 3-ply construction places a hard internal layer between softer outer layers to promote knife blade longevity while leaving minimal cut marks. The front face carries useful grids, increment angles, curved and circular guides, plus a scale ruler for 1/1, 1/24, 1/35 and 1/48. It also includes handy markings to aid in cutting thin masking tape strips.
