The XRay XB8 Semi-Split Diff Bulkhead Block Set Front/Rear For Collar (XR352009-C) is a front and rear bulkhead set with semi-split construction, differential height adjustment and provisions for anti-roll bar centring collars.

The semi-split design provides access to the differential by removing four screws from the upper gearbox cover, while the lower section remains mounted to the chassis with the lower arms and suspension holders installed. This allows differential setup changes or servicing without removing the lower bulkhead section.

Design Features

The front and rear bulkheads include provisions for anti-roll bar centring collars. These collars minimise unwanted movement and support more precise anti-roll bar operation. The bulkheads are reinforced, with an updated connection between the main bulkhead and cover plate to improve the seal.

Revised bearing inserts offer increased resistance to dust and help prevent debris from entering the bulkhead assemblies. The design also incorporates a bushing for the gearbox input, allowing the alignment and height of the bevel drive gear to be adjusted with the differential height.
