will these bearing fit the TT-01 type e chasse , this will be the third set i will possibly buy as the other two do not fit which was brought else where.

This should work for you as I believe the only difference for the E version was the top deck. this ack includes Includes:

(12) 1150 5 x 11mm Ball Bearings
(4) 1280 8 x 12mm Ball Bearings

so it may be worth checking your bearing sizes.
