The Tamiya Team Hahn Racing MAN TGS (HC-58632) is an engaging R/C assembly kit that recreates the look of European truck racing on the proven TT-01 Type-E chassis. A realistic 4-piece polycarbonate body is complemented by separately moulded side mirrors, coupler and rear bumper parts, with dedicated metal-plated wheels and 70mm radial tyres for an authentic stance.
The TT-01E bathtub chassis places the motor and battery low for a stable centre of gravity and balanced handling. A fibreglass-reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers add rigidity, while a 3-piece steering tie-rod improves steering feel. Double wishbone suspension, front and rear bevel-gear differentials and forgiving high-sidewall tyres help deliver controllable performance. Light cases are included for the headlights and can be illuminated with separately sold LEDs, and multiple stickers are supplied to recreate Team Hahn Racing markings.

This is an exciting R/C model assembly kit recreating the Team Hahn Racing MAN TGS truck which stars on the truck racing circuit in Europe. The realistic body is a 4-piece set made from lightweight and durable polycarbonate, with separately molded plastic side mirrors, coupler and rear bumper parts. The TT-01 Type-E chassis is a proven performer, and here is fitted with dedicated new wheels and tires for the model.
Evolved Chassis
The bathtub frame of the evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its motor and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. Mounted on the bathtub frame is a fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers improving rigidity, as well as a 3-piece tie rod providing a smoother steering action. The low center of gravity, great balanced design, 4 wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to produce excellent operating ability. 70mm-diameter radial tires are paired with metal plated wheels developed just for this model; the high sidewalls make for forgiving turns.
- Beatifully detailed plated wheels and 70mm-diameter tires were designed just for this model.
- Engine, turbocharger and frame are succinctly depicted. Side mirrors, coupler, etc. are separately molded.
- Light cases for headlights are provided, and can be lit up with the aid of separately sold LEDs.
- Left: The TT-01 Type-E chassis is a tried and tested unit that offers controllable shaft-driven 4WD. Plenty of Hop-Up option parts are available!
- Right: The form of the tractor head is artfully depicted using a 4-piece polycarbonate body. Multiple stickers are included to recreate markings.
