Description
The Tamiya Porsche 911 Carrera RSR Martini faithfully recreates the legendary Group 4 racer on the entry-level TT-02 4WD touring car chassis. Celebrated for its 1973 season successes in the European GT Championship, 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring, the works prototype in silver with Martini stripes also took the chequered flag at the famed Targa Florio. This 1/10 scale assembly kit captures the sleek lines of the RSR in durable polycarbonate and pairs it with the approachable, upgrade-friendly TT-02 platform.
As the successor to the TT-01, the TT-02 brings easier assembly and improved performance, with handling and overall speed refined to suit modern electronics. Builders can also explore Hop-Up Options to expand capability as skills grow. An electronic speed control (ESC) and RS-540 Torque-Tuned motor are included to get you underway once your radio gear, battery and paint are added.

Specifications
The Porsche 911 Carrera RSR joins the Tamiya TT-02 chassis touring car entry level line-up. It is a legendary Group 4 car which had a body weighing just 900kg with a 300hp-plus horizontally opposed 6-cylinder engine, and still holds a place in automotive enthusiast's hearts today thanks to its exploits with racing teams the world over. In 1973, the year of its release, it won the European GT Championship, plus the renowned 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring races. The works prototype in predominantly silver livery with the Martini stripe also took the checkered flag in the famed Targa Florio race.
Tamiya has faithfully reproduced this sleek racing machine in 1/10 scale on the TT-02 entry level touring car chassis. The TT-02 chassis platform is the successor to the TT-01 as it incorporates many new features to make it even easier for the new R/C kit builder to assemble and learn from. The TT-02 chassis performs well as cornering and overall speed has been enhanced to take advantage of new electronics available on the market. In addition to the TT-02 being an ideal platform to start from, R/C hobbyists can expand its potential by adding many of the Ho-Up-Options available to increase the cars speed and performance.

With our packages they do cover most of the items needed to get them built, yes you would still require some tyre glue A-TGLUE and then choose the paint you require from the Core RC or Tamiya PS range.
