Tamiya 1994 Mini Monte Carlo (M-05)

Celebrate iconic rally heritage with the Tamiya 1994 Mini Monte Carlo (M-05) R/C assembly model kit. Marking the 30th anniversary of Paddy Hopkirk’s famous 1964 Monte Carlo Rally win, Timo Makinen piloted the Mini Cooper in 1994—an event captured in this detailed re-release. Originally issued on the M-01 chassis in 1995, this edition updates the classic with Tamiya’s capable M-05 platform.

Delivered as a 1/10 scale kit, Tamiya part number HC-58483 features a short 210mm wheelbase for authentic Mini proportions and agile handling. The servo, receiver and ESC mount at the rear of the monocoque frame to enhance weight distribution and lower the centre of gravity, while four-wheel double wishbone suspension and a 3-piece tie-rod steering linkage provide sharp, stable cornering. M-Chassis 55mm diameter tyres, a sticker sheet and masking seals are included to help finish the body with period detail.
