Yes this should fit. The TRX4 Land Rover Defender is 325mm, same as this body - so it should be a direct fit.

Will this fit the trx 4 sport?

TRX4 sport has a default wheelbase of 312mm, so this is a touch too long at 325mm.
You can fit it by using the short to long TRX4 wheelbase kit TRX8057

The TRX82016-4 TRX4 chassis kit is 325mm wheelbase the same as this body - so yes, that will fit fine.

This bodyshell is for the longer 324mm wheelbase so the chassis to fit this would not have fenders at all
