Yes, but only one at a time... It does not have model memory as it's a basic set.
Any servo will work with these, so it's more of a case what would you like in that car. Something like SAV-SC1251MG would be ideal.
These are usually supplied pre-bound, however if not - it's a 10 second process.
The receiver is not waterproof. Most boats include some kind of water resistant box for the receiver.
