The MAX6 has adopted the world’s first HV built-in BEC with an output current of up to 25Amp and a switchable output voltage of 6V-7.4V. The high voltage BEC is designed to handle today’s high voltage servos on demand used by large scale vehicles. The MAX6 also features an electronic switch with a lifespan of over 50000 on/off cycles, housed in a completely waterproof, dust-proof and shock-resistant design.
The MAX6 is built with internal anti-spark circuitry that protects not only battery connectors from damage but helps to prevent physical injury due to burnt fingers from the inevitable issue of sparking when hooking up the ESC to higher voltage battery packs (5S/6S/7S/8S).
The waterproof and dust-proof design allows the MAX6 to be used in all weather conditions without any issue of damage caused to the ESC from water or dust

You would look at something like this P-CC110004
If you can physically get it in yes it would work fine but it is larger than the original motor so may need an aftermarket motor mount (which we do not supply).
That motor is too big - something like this would work nicely HW38020376
Gearing is a very personal choice depending on what you are doing with the car etc, with the 1650kv motor you will be able to gear this fairly high.
Running this motor on 6s you could gear this fairly high, so something like a 29 tooth ARA311049
I would use the standard gearing that comesfrom the factory if you are not looking for overall top speed.
you will need to solder the battery connector on to this ESC
This motor would be to big for the standard motor mount on the sledge.
Some soldering will be required with this combo
Yes, I've seen customers run these in the EXB with great results
Hard to quantify exactly how much more speed, but this would produce a lot more power
I think 6S is probably your sweet spot, MAX5 would be safe on 8S
