The Hobbywing Quicrun 880 Dual Motor Brushed 80A Waterproof ESC (HW30120301) is designed to drive two brushed motors simultaneously. It provides two sets of output wires connected in parallel for synchronous control, making it convenient for vehicles that use twin motors. When connecting two motors, ensure both share the same rotation direction. A waterproof and dust-proof build enables confident running in all-weather conditions.
Key Features
- Two sets of motor output wires for simultaneous connection to two brushed motors (parallel, synchronous operation).
- Waterproof and dust-proof construction for reliable performance in wet or dirty environments.
- Adjustable PWM frequency combined with advanced DEO/freewheeling technology for smooth throttle linearity and refined driving feel.
- Excellent braking performance with fine-tunable drag brake rate, plus adjustable drag brake and overall brake force.
- Fifteen programmable parameter items to suit a wide range of vehicles and track conditions.
- Separate PRG/FAN port to power an external cooling fan or connect an LED program box for easy ESC programming.
Motor Limits
- With 2S LiPo / 6S NiMH: ≥ 12T or RPM < 30000 @ 7.4V (540/550 size motors)
- With 3S LiPo / 9S NiMH: ≥ 18T or RPM < 20000 @ 7.4V (540/550 size motors)
- With 4S LiPo / 12S NiMH: ≥ 24T or RPM < 15000 @ 7.4V (540/550 size motors)
Combining adjustable PWM frequency with DEO/freewheeling, the Quicrun 880 delivers a precise throttle response that helps maintain control across varying surfaces. Its highly configurable braking setup further refines low-speed control and stopping power. For enthusiasts who want flexible setup options and robust durability in a dual-motor brushed system, the Quicrun WP-880 provides a dependable, all-weather solution.

Questions & Answers
Yes you will need to solder on the battery connector of your choice.
No, this will power both motor forward at the same speed and backwards at the same speed. You will not be able to vary the speed of the individual motors.
To do what your looking for you would use 2 seperate ESCs 1 for each motor and then need channel mixing on your handset.
No, but you could easily solder on some extra cable eg ET0670
Yes, you'd just swap two motor wires around to reverse rotation
You can use 30501003
Yes, if your combined current draw is less than 80 Amps.
They come with a single pair of battery leads, but it would be easy to solder in a Y lead in either series or parallel to suit your needs.
