HPI Trophy Truggy

Brand: HPI

Part No: HPI-107014

THIS ITEM IS DISCONTINUED AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

PLEASE SEE ITEM #HPI-160180 AS A REPLACEMENT

The HPI Trophy Truggy (HPI-107014) is a ready-to-run nitro truggy designed for tough off-road action. Larger wheels and tyres plus extra ground clearance help it take on terrain that typical buggies avoid, while updated 2.4GHz radio gear and waterproofing features add confidence in a range of UK conditions.

An all-new bodyshell with a striking paint scheme gives the Trophy Truggy an aggressive stance that pairs perfectly with its black chrome wheels. Power comes from HPI’s Nitro Star F4.6 engine (as used in the Savage X), delivering strong acceleration and top-end punch. A heavy-duty drivetrain efficiently transfers power to all four wheels, and the supplied pull-start system gets you running quickly. HPI’s Roto Start system is available separately as an aftermarket option.

The HPI Trophy Truggy picks up where the HPI Trophy Buggy left off.  Larger wheels and tyres coupled with extra ground clearance allow the HPI Trophy Truggy to tackle terrain others wouldnt dare touch! The Truggy has just been updated with a HPIs fresh new 2.4Ghz radio gear and waterproofing features.

An all new bodyshell and killer paint scheme give the truggy an aggressive stance, which works exceptional well with the new black chrome wheels.

The powerful 4.6cc engine from the Savage X provides all the grunt youll need to thrash around your local park, and the heavy duty drive train ensures all that power is transferred to the wheels in the most effective manner possible.  The engine is supplied with a pull start system, although HPIs excellent Roto Start system is available as an aftermarket option part.

Hi is the hpi vorza 4.6 better than this one
Tristan / 31st January 2023

The Vorza is HPI's more high end truck yes,

Si @ Wheelspin Models
dose it consume fuel fast how many runs would it take to get though a 1 litre fuel can full runs
Dion Hughes / 9th February 2021

Fuel consumption (like with real cars!) will vary - but a tank is good for around 15 mins or so, depending on driving style and engine settings.

Fuel tank is 160cc, so 1 Litre will be just over 6 tanks.

Ben @ Wheelspin Models
is it water proof
Dion Hughes / 8th February 2021

It's "splash proof" - so should be OK on say damp tarmac, but avoid those puddles!

Ben @ Wheelspin Models
i know it is a 1/10th scale but what is the dimentstion the sizings and is it waterproof
Dion Hughes / 8th February 2021

These are 1:8 scale, but full dimensions are:

Length: 580mm
Width: 405mm
Height: 180mm
Track: 365mm
Wheelbase: 365mm

Ben @ Wheelspin Models

Lannan / 18th December 2020

Both are great cars to be honest, not much to choose between those two!

Ben @ Wheelspin Models
Is this the same Hpi Trophy truggy 4.6 reviewed by RC Biker on youtube? What is included in the box? Thanks
Allandy / 28th September 2020

Yes this is the Trophy Truggy 4.6 - I've not seen the video, but there's only one version of this.

It includes the vehicle, radio gear, etc - you just need starting equipment and fuel to complete.

Ben @ Wheelspin Models
does this contain the tutorial DVD
Lily Furly / 27th April 2019

I think they stopped doing the DVDs several years ago now, favouring the MYHPI and YouTube based videos.

Ben @ Wheelspin Models
