Description
Traxxas Stampede VX3 4WD, part number TRX67454-4, is a 1:10 scale brushless 4WD monster truck. Its Velineon 3s power system combines a V3200 sensorless brushless motor with a fan-cooled VX3 electronic speed control to deliver more than 35 mph on a 2s LiPo battery and more than 50 mph on a 3s LiPo battery, without gearing changes. The electronics are waterproof, while the speed control offers EZ-Set one-button programming and three drive profiles.
The Stampede uses a long-travel suspension system with composite GTR shocks. These hold over 70% more oil than standard Ultra Shocks, with X-ring seals to help keep oil in and dirt out. Threaded collars allow spring preload and ride-height adjustment. Talon MXT tyres feature an angled, open-block tread pattern designed to provide traction on loose surfaces while clearing mud and debris. They are mounted and glued to 2.8-inch monster truck wheels with removable centre hubs.
Features
A factory-installed Extreme Heavy-Duty Upgrade Kit replaces key driveline and suspension components with strengthened axle carriers, caster blocks, steering blocks and suspension arms. Maxx-duty driveshafts with 6 mm axles transfer drive through all four wheels, while the torque-biasing centre drive helps distribute power and absorb driveline shocks. Traxxas Stability Management helps maintain a straight path during acceleration and braking on low-traction surfaces.
The included TQi Sport 2.4 GHz radio system provides two-channel control, 30-model memory and one-button programming. Its self-righting function can return the truck to its wheels after a rollover in many situations. The clipless body completes the Stampede 4X4 VX3 package.
