This is the Traxxas Power Cell 11.1V 4000mAh 25C 3S LiPo Battery with iD Connector. The Traxxas 2849X 4000mAh Power Cell LiPo packs are ideal for Rustler VXL, Stampede 2WD VXL, Stampede 4x4 VXL, Bandit VXL, and Traxxas Funny Car models.
Power Cell LiPo packs are engineered to give the punch and on-demand power to reach the top speeds Traxxas models are built to achieve. Premium LiPo cells developed specifically for Traxxas feature oversized discharge tabs for maximum efficiency. The cells are hard-wired with 12-gauge Maxx Cable, eliminating the resistance and power-loss associated with plug-in wires. The packs’ semi-rigid construction results in a firm, rugged, and compact pack that does not require a hard case, and the center-wire configuration assures a pinch-free fit in Traxxas vehicles.

Yes this will work in an older TRX model featuring non ID connectors.
Charger however you'd probably want to upgrade to a new Traxxas ID charger such as say TRX2970T otherwise you will not be able to balance charge properly
There's a lot of variables there... However we'd say in a typical car you'd expect around 20-25 mins runtime from one of these.
