How long rouge would the Dynamite Reaction Hard Case LiPo - 7.4V 2S 4000mah 20C batter last on this car?
Asked by Keith Brown on 26th November 2017

We'd expect that to last around 20 mins or so, depending on your driving style.

Hi there, I am looking at picking up a new brushless rc under £200 with battery as just getting into the hobby with my son.. few questions before we jump on and order; • looking at the red Strada range, what’s the difference (if any) between the MT and XT? • Looks like the MT has more shocks but is there any pros or cons between the two models? • And if I wanted to run them lower closer to the ground can it be dropped/lowered or via the suspension please? • how much run time will a 3000mah nimh battery give us approx? Don’t want to go down LiPo route at all yet being so new to it all.. Before looking at the Strada range I did look at the phantom range but I feel we want brushless after some research for less maintenance.. Any help or advice is very much appreciated as we look to get into this exciting little hobby! Many thanks N
Asked by Neal on 29th December 2021

Ok so:

- MT/XT are virtually identical, just different body styles and slightly different suspension setup.

- Yes, MT does have double shocks, so ideal for rougher ground or bigger jumps. XT would be more suited to smoother tracks

- Yes, both can have the shocks adjusted

- 3000mah would give maybe around 15/20 mins runtime depending on your driving style, surface, etc.

Is this Strada MT waterproof enough to drive through a puddle or snow? Thanks
Asked by Jo on 5th December 2023

Yes it is but it will require maintaining for instance electrics are waterproof but metals and bearings will rust if not dried and lubed up.

Do I need to buy anything else with the truck?
Asked by Ronnie Edward Rennocks on 8th December 2023

This comes with everthing you need in the box ready to go.  you will just need 4 AA batteries for the handset.

Answered by: Si @ Wheelspin Models

Hi is it better to buy the LiPo battery for extra run time or is there a more powerful Ni-MH battery stick pack you can get that would work with the charger that comes with the MT Strada, to save having to buy a LiPo charger? Thanks
Asked by Jo on 9th December 2023

You can use this battery with this car for extra run time without going lipo VZ0025D
