Get ready for some serious off road buggy action with the Brushless Edition FTX Vantage. Taking RTR styling to a competition level, the Vantage brushless boasts some amazing features for the ultimate ‘Ready-to-Run experience.
Etronix provide crystal free 2.4ghz control with the EX2 Sport radio. In addition the Etronix Photon sensorless brushless system is installed to provide some low maintenance, high performance speed and power.
Instead of using a NiMh battery, FTX decided to include a Voltz hardcase LiPo battery to get the very best from the Photon system, but with safety
in-mind included is a balance charger and LiPo charge sack. Infact all you need to add is AA batteries for the transmitter.
The 4wd shaft drivetrain features metal diff gears and front universal driveshafts, while an integrated slipper helps protect the drive from possible damage. With adjustable turnbuckles all round and large bore oil filled shock absorbers the Vantage is raring to go.
In addition if you want to tune and upgrade your Vantage, FTX provide a wide range of carbon and aluminium upgrades that will bring your ride up to a whole new pro level.

I bought one of these RC cars just about over a year ago, it still works great! It's taken a lot of bumps and survived a few accidental large puddles, I would buy again if I needed to! If you buy one of these, check the main drive shaft as I did not realise it was cable tied at first.
Perfect car for a beginner. Fun and highly customizable, and upgradeable. Recently, I have been able to get mine to 43mph, with a few upgrades. I have given it hell, and yes, plastic parts have brutally broken and snapped, but with the carbon fibre and aluminium upgrades, I haven't broken a thing!

This should be set out of the box, but you could follow the instructions and try recalibrating if you wanted too.
The stock battery will last for about 15 - 20 mins depending on how it is driven, the better charger on the pro combo pack will take 1 hour to charge a battery

We do offer faster chargers and higher capacity batteries in our combos which can be charged in around 45-50 minutes.
