Guidance For Wet Conditions
- Ensure other electronics are water-resistant or fully enclosed and protected from moisture.
- ESC cooling fans are not water-resistant; disconnect before wet running and allow to dry fully before reconnecting.
- Lubricate exposed metal drivetrain parts such as bearings, outdrives and diff shafts before running in wet conditions.
- Motors are not intended for submerged use and may be damaged if used under water.
- After wet running, rinse off dirt and corrosive liquids (e.g. saltwater) with plain water and re-lubricate metal drivetrain parts.
