The Associated Team Associated Edition Yokomo YZ-10 Classic Kit (AS9066) brings a legendary 4WD race platform back to the track. Developed around Team Associated racers choosing the YZ-10 for top-level 4WD competition, this 1/10 scale electric buggy blends state-of-the-art engineering with service-friendly design, making it both fast and straightforward to work on.

A highly efficient 2-belt 4WD drivetrain delivers smooth, reliable power. The layout features fluid-filled gear differentials, a slipper clutch and universal drive shafts for precise traction management. Suspension performance is handled by fully adjustable coilover, oil-dampened shocks at both ends, with an adjustable front track width to fine-tune steering response. High-traction, low-profile tyres and wheels support confident handling on off-road tracks.

The Protect IV body includes a separate under pan to help keep debris out, plus a functional air scoop to aid motor cooling. The chassis specification is equally comprehensive, with metric hardware, ball bearings throughout, and extensive aluminium components, including a gold aluminium chassis, bulkhead, motor mount, rear hubs and steering knuckles. A saddle-mount battery layout is used for balanced weight distribution, while the kit also provides a battery box suitable for a shorty LiPo.
