      Traxxas don't quote a voltage input limit that I can see - but they state it'll take 3S LiPo - so that's 11.1v.

      I'd hazard a guess you'd be fine with a 9 cell NiMh (10.8v)

      Yes in theory that shoudl work and allow you to run 3S - however you'd need to run the slower TRX-4 motor TRX3975 so overall speed probably lower than your stock 12T motor on 2S...!

      Why has trx 3025 no wires attached for connections as my old unit.The numbers are all the same on the front so it is the correct unit.
